In Water Safety we focused a lot on drowning in Cambodia. So at the first day of the Experation we learned about fatal and nonfatal drowning. Drowning is one of the top five causes of death for people aged 1-14 years in the world. In Cambodia every year 2100 children were death of drowning or 10 children die every day. July, September, October, November, February, March and April are the months that have a lot people drown. The number one leading cost of drowning are bathing and washing. 1-4 years are the kids that drown the most, especially the boys. We had taught swimming lessons to the kids out side of the Liger. I enjoyed teaching them swim because my student was every focus on my lesson so right now she knows how to swim for 8 meters. Other than teaching students we also made posters that teach people how to get out of drowning. Then we had a small trip to Kam Kids for one day. We went there for teaching them about our poster and make a survey by asking questions to them.

Make your self safeHere is my poster, it teaches you to respect all the sign when you see. This poster is about One boy want to go to swim, but he sees the sign on the tree and it says NO SWIMMING. Then he remembered one news about the man that want to swim without respecting the sign in front of the river, then he drowned because of the stick under the water. So that boy start tp scare, then he goes home.

In IR class we did many amazing things for example: finding the news and research about some organizations that rescue people from danger, example UNHCR. Our class didn’t had chance to learn about IR very much because our teacher had a mission for school. International Relations (IR) means having the connection with other countries. Relations means the connection that can break, but Relationship means the connection that can’t break and International means global. Then we researched about organizations that help people around the world. The organization that we had researched while we didn’t had teacher were UNHCR and UN.

UNHCR: This organization was born in 14 December 1950. UNHCR is part of United Nation(UN) and its full name is United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees. Their purpose is trying to protect the refugees and resolve refugee problems worldwide. They work in Africa, America, Asia, Europe and middle east and north Africa. They had helped Cambodia, when Cambodia had Khmer rouge.
UN: This organization born in 24 October 1945. The full name of UN is United Nation. Their purpose is trying to solve international economic, social, cultural, humanitarian problems, promote respect for human rights and freedoms to develop friendly relations among nations. UN started in Second World War because they wanted to make world economic come up again.

In Economy class we focused a lot on Supply and Demand and some key words. So every Thursday and Friday we always learned about Supply and Demand then we designed our works on the best website like Piktochart and so on.
What we had studied are:
The law of demand says as the price of a good/service increases, the demand decreases. Also, as the price of a good/service decreases, the demand increases. This is call inverse relationship.The idea that support the law of demand are Substitutes Affect, Purchasing Power, and Decreasing Marginal Utility.
Substitutes Effect: Similar product, but we looking for the cheaper and quality.
Purchasing Power: Any good/service that you can buy for the same amount of money.
Decreasing Marginal Utility: First time that you get it, you really like it. Then the second time you get, you start to don’t like a little bit…

The demand can change depend on 5 shifters. That 5 shifters are Related goods (Substitutes vs. Complements), Income, Expectations, Tastes/Preferences, and Number of Consumers.

Then we learned the laws of supply and the laws of supply says as all else remains equal, an increase in price results in an increase in quantity supplied. A decrease in price results in a decrease in the quantity supplied. There is a direct relationship between price and quantity supplied. When the price of a good rises, the supplier increases the supply in order to earn a profit because of higher prices. The supply is similar to demand it can decrease and it can increase. There are 5 shifters that can make the supply change, that 5 shifters are Price of Resources (inputs/capital goods), Number of Producers, Technology, Taxes & Subsidies, and Expectations.

The most important key word that we learned was Opportunity Cost means the alternative cost you give up when you make a choice. In our class we had made an example of Supply and

Supply and Demand Example:

One scientist found one technology that can make the apples stay fresh for a long time. Then when they take it to sell, the customer will buy it a lot. So the supply will increase because of the technology that helps them stay fresher for longer. After a month they study and find out that in the apple put too much chemical that can affect your health. Then the customer will buy the apples a little bit because of the taste and preferences, they (are) scared that the apples can make them have a bad sick. So it mean that the supply increase, and after a month later the demand starts to decrease.

How did I change Cambodia

Problem: When I was interviewing the villagers; I saw a lot of plastic bags on the side of the road. For my hypnoanalysis is, when people riding their own transportation they threw their rubbishes. So that why the road have a lot of plastic bags. Other is some families they burn their plastic bags. You know burning plastics is very generous because it can makes our planet get hotter and hotter. The other problem is corruption in school. Some students in Cambodia want to have a good grade, so they just give the money to the teacher. Then the teacher will give them a very good grade. When they get job they don’t know anything, so they can not change Cambodia. Also the education in Cambodia is low because we had a civil war. Civil war had killed a lot of smart people and they kept the uneducated people and a little bit of smart people. After finished civil war the teachers weren’t so smart, so that why we had a problem with education. In Cambodia the technology was not yet very good. And some NGOs have computers but when the computer have problem and they didn’t know how to fix it.

Solution: To change the behavior of people in Cambodia we need to make our education stronger. To make our education stronger we need to choose the teacher that smart and give them a high salary. So they will not take money from students anymore because they have a lot of money and they mostly focusing on teaching, not on sell snack to the student. My own solution to change Cambodia is, ask the kids about what they want to do in the future. If we know their goal we just send them to learn what they want to do. Then when they grow bigger they will know a lot about their job. Another solution is, lead the kid know about plastic waste and technology.

Helped: In the third years of the school I had helped a lot of NGOs. I helped a lot of NGOs because I learned in Tech Support. Tech Support helped NGO or school that have problem with their computers. Tech Support helped to fix five computers from Tiny Toones. To fix five computers from Tiny Toones it took us nearly 7 weeks. After we fixed Tiny Toones computers already, tech support group helped them how to use and take care of the computers well. After we helped Tiny Toones computers and taught them, we also help Green Umbellar website. We not only helped them with their website, but we also taught them about some part of computers too. In class if my friends had problem with their computers I mostly helped them because I like technology. All I did in this third years, I think that I changed Cambodia a lot . Another changed is I taught some english to the kids in Kampong Chhnang. Kids in that village was happy to learn english. I taught them by playing games. Not only me that taught the game to the kids, it’s Poverty group too. In the second years of the school Mengthong, Vuthy, Samnang and I, was made a book about animals. In this book I and Mengthong were writing about some animals and how important of animals, but it not really good because some of the information, we just write by our see that animal. In my water safety class I had tough students around my neighborhood. And my student Sreymout was really a good attention in class. So now she knows how to swim and knows how to help other people when they drown. Another is making the posters and shared to the students in Kam Kids, about how to save yourself and how to help other people when they drown.

Advertising: In the second years my grandma was burning the plastic bags, then I was telling her that burning plastic is very dangerous. Another thing is I told some kid in my village that don’t throw the battery and don’t burn it. If we throw it to the ground it can make our soil bad. If we burning it can make our environment bad. The other is telling the kids that came to learn in Liger about how your dad and your mom have feeling to their children.

Math Class

My Question:One dog eats 1000 kg per day. One Monday he eats just only 750 kg because he sick. On Tuesday he eats 850 kg. If on Wednesday he eats depress 60%. What is the different between Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday? Write your answer as percent.

Germany Description: Germany is the very good country. Germany is in Europe continent and they have 80,716,000 people which is 226 people per km^2 estimated in 2014 . The full name if Germany is Federal Republic of Germany. Germany have 16 states and the capital is city is Berlin. The total area is 357,168 km^2. Germany is the third biggest exporter and importer in the world. In 2015 the GDP(Gross Domestic Product) of Germany is $3.413 trillion which is $41,955 per capita. The country that near Germany is Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Netherlands. The currency of Germany is Euro and the official language is German. Germany is in United Nation(UN) and they drive on right side. Germany doesn’t have any queen or king, so it mean that they have precedent. ​​In September 1,1939 Germany started world war 2 followed by Adolf Hitler. And it ended in September 2,1945 because Germany followed by Adolf Hitler committed suicide.
