Liger Leadership Academy students are English Language Learners. They have been immersed in English for over five years but are still developing grammar and fluency. At Liger, we pride ourselves on prioritizing process over product. Please excuse any English errors as part of the learning continuum our students have taken over the years.
Since the age of 10 until now, I would define myself as circuit, code, robot, and determination. When I little I had a struggle to find what is my destination looks like, but right now I found a path where I move like an electron into difference transistors in my CPU. I have a really strong passionate on controlling various voltages and current by codes. At Liger I sleep with codes, eat with circuits, walk on my determination road and think of the future.
I found out that education is really important to me especially getting on hands with the actual object instead of theories. Contemporary, after finish the Liger Leadership Academy, seeking for a scholarship for a university is my number one major. I found out that independent learning is an astonishing strategy to learn, but having some twigs from mentors and teachers would improve the ability to get an advance on it.
My name is Visal, and I am 15. In the next three years, I will be one of the grounded pillars of my country, Cambodia, and my intention from now on is to create a positive change in this country.
